Definitions:

In this agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

Supplier:

Means Data Vision Security Ltd, Who's office is at: 32 Halton Close, Kirton Lindsey, Lincolnshire, DN21 4PX, TEL: 07528831440.

Services:

Means the services provided by Data Vision Security Ltd, Which are stated on the Data Vision Security website: www.datavisionsecurity.com

Customer:

Means the person(s) or company(s) who purchase or agree to purchase the services of Data Vision Security Ltd.

Customer support and service:

If you have a problem with any part of the service provided by Data Vision Security, You should contact us by phone on 07528831440 between the hours of 0900hrs and 1730hrs Monday to Friday or alternatively by email: info@datavisionsecurity.com. We will be pleased to offer our support.

Bookings & Payment Accepted:

Data Vision Security Ltd will endeavour to provide this service on the date the client requires, however this will not always be possible, alternative dates may need to be arranged. The balance will be payable on the service that has been provided. We accept BACS, Bank transfer payments or £ sterling cheques made payable to Data Vision Security Ltd and sent to the address above.

Confirmation of Payment:

Payments made by BACS, Bank transfer will be authorised by our third party HSBC Bank. Data Vision Security will send customer confirmation of any payments either by post or email electronic format.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your booking by giving us notice within three days of the booking date. If for any reason you cancel after the three day period you will be subject to a £10 administration fee.

Privacy & Security

All work carried out by Data Vision Security Ltd will be subject to the up most confidentiality. No Information or images will be shared with any other person(s) or organisation(s). The archiving procedure has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. Data Vision Security will need to be provided with your personal information to be able to contact you in the event of any problems that may occur. Data Vision Security will also need to be provided with a unique password which you as the client will need to provide. In the event of you needing access to your archived information you will be asked to verify your password before any information will be provided. Data Vision Security reserves the right to withhold any information if the password is not provided by you the client or we feel that the request may be fraudulent.

Errors on your bill:

If you find an error on you bill, you can dispute the charge and withhold payment on the amount while the charge is being investigated. The error might be charged for the wrong amount. For part of the service you have not received, or for an item that wasn't delivered as agreed. Of course, you still have to pay any part of the bill that's not in dispute, including any other charges.

Our Rights:

We reserve the right to: Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this web site (or part thereof) without notice to you and confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of this website; and/or change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of this website (or any part thereof) following such change will be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. Its your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using this website. Data Vision Security reserves the right to remove any archived images at any time from our independent secure database. Data Vision Security reserves the right to stop providing this service to any private customer as well and other associated organisations.

Data Vision Security reserves the right to change these Terms and any other information it has issued about the service we provide on this website at any time.
