Data Vision Security: How we work

Once we have collected all of the digital images that the client has requested to be archived, we then return to our office and upload the images to our computers.

The images are then sorted and catalogued, and placed in to a file, which is backed-up to our password-protected external hard drives. From this location they are then again backed up to our secure, encrypted, independent database. Once this action has taken place, we then place the images onto the clients USB Flash Drive from our computer.

Once every step has been checked and confirmed the images on the computer are wiped off. In the event of our own computer being stolen, there will be no images of clients property for criminals to potentially take advantage of.

If the external hard drives are stolen, again they are password protected so will be useless to anyone trying to access them.

All we would have to do to retrieve your information would be to access our password-protected independent archive account via another computer and download your images within minutes. So you can be assured all of your information will be 100% secure at all times.
